Obesity is one of the most serious health hazards not only in USA, but many other countries are experiencing this problem. Our food habit is one of the causes for obesity. Losing weight is not everything. We should learn and practice to stay slim as well. Losing weight and staying slim should be easy if you just follow the following tips.
1. Drink water before you eat. This is one of the easiest way to lose weight. It fills you up and as you know water is good for health. At least start getting a drink of little water before you start lunch and dinner. It helps amazingly.
2.Drink water instead of soda. So carry a water bottle outside when you go outside and take it with you when you order food. It will remind you that you do not need soda.
3.Try to eat fish and vegetables instead of meat or if you have to eat meat,avoid white meat.You can grow your own vegetables in the backyard or anywhere if you have place. It will help you a lot not just to save your bucks but to stay healthy.
4. Eat fruits everyday with your meal or right after your meal, but keep room in your stomach for the fruits.
5.Eat whole grain bread and tortia or ruti though whole grain is little expensive,it is worth it.It will save your medical bill.
6. Avoid white bread and white tortilla. Instead eat whole grain bread and whole grain tortilla.
7. Walk, if you don't want to exercise or you don't have time to exercise.
8. Since green tea boosts up metabolism, drink green tea to lose fast.
