YouTube Video Tips- What to Keep in Mind

Like all other social network site, YouTube video sharing site has its own community guidelines or terms or service. One has to respect the community guidelines of YouTube or the video might be flagged and one might end up losing the video or even the account if one violates YouTube guidelines multiple times. If the video is long one, YouTube members can even tell exactly at what point the community guidelines are violated. It make the YouTube team easier to make a decision. • Do not add any video, picture, soundtrack, music that you do not own. If you do that you need to have written permission. Copyright infringement is not tolerated on YouTube. You will lose the video if the owner claims it.
• Having sexual activity, nudity on your video means you are seriously breaking YouTube guidelines. This violation tops the list of all the categories, one can flag or report a video.
• Often some people use a still picture and ask the viewers to visit a link below. Remember YouTube is a video sharing community not a picture sharing. It is ok to put a link below but you just can't ask anyone to visit a link by showing a picture instead of a video. It is a spam and your video might be flagged or reported as a spam. 
• Using wrong thumbnail or a picture that you are choosing for your video needs to have something to do with your video or the video will be flagged to have used a wrong thumbnail. Misleading text or keywords violate YouTube guidelines as well.
• Animal abuse is not allowed it includes but not limited to animal fighting, slaughtering or hurting an animal.
• Drug abuse infringes YouTube guidelines.
• You can't infringe one's privacy by your video
• Violence or fighting is not allowed on YouTube, especially adult fighting.
• You should not make a video that is to disrespect an individual, a veteran etc.
