There are many reasons you would prefer fish to red meat. Many people do not like fish. Some even hate them. Few even touch the nose when being asked what kind of fish they like. Followings include but not limited to reasons why one should prefer fish to meat.
1.Fish has protein like meat but it good for heart unlike red meat.
2.It has omega 3.
3.Fish has less fat, so you can eat more without fear of gaining weight.
4.It does not make you gain weight.
5.It does not cause high blood pressure.
6.Fish does not put you in the risk of having high cholesterol.
