I guess people know some of the items here that have fat. Here is a bunch of lists that have fat. All fat are not harmful. In fact we need fat too, but not too much and animal fat is worse than any other fat, you know.
Peanut butter, peanut, soy cheese and soybeans, soy milk, tofu, sunflower oil, coconut oil, spread, sesame oil, olive oil, coconut/oil, coconut milk,chocolate with coco butter,avocado, walnuts, all nuts,Twinkies, almond milk, oatmeal, vegetable oil,wheatgerm oil- in all breads pasta made with wheat are the sources of fat for vegetarian foods.
