How to prevent acne

It might happen that suddenly after you wake up in the morning you noticed that you have an acne or two on your face. You don't know what to do and you are scared of having more or probably you don't have acne now, but you noticed your friends or someone in your family of your age started having. You started worrying about it. Let me tell you first what not to do. If you see one or two on your skin. Don't itch or scratch with nail or any other object. It might get worse and grow swollen or encourage more acne to grow with its germ.
Here are some ways how to prevent acne

1.Wash your face with mild soap and rinse with warm water. It will open the pore that would otherwise be blocked to contribute the growth of acne.This is one of the major ways how to prevent acne.
2. Avoid greasy food or oily food. Especially fast food or meat that are oily and avoid french fries.
3.Eat vegetables and fruits instead of greasy meat to prevent acne.
4. Sleep well at least 7 to 8 hours and definitely not less than 6 hours. Regular sleeping habit will help you to combat acne.
5. Drink 6 glasses of water every day. Just clean drinking water. No soda or juice.
