How to Stay Healthy/ How not to Get Sick?

With the incredible growth of popularity of fast food and variety of drinks, people are cooking less at home. Often it is difficult to cook at home l when both parents work and have to take care of their children at home, but our health does not seem to understand all these reasons. We are getting more and more sick with unexpected diseases and obesity is taking a cruel toll. Good news is that there are ways to stay healthy. Just by introducing some food and cutting down a few of the foods that you take, we can find ways to stay healthy.
The following tips are the basic ways of staying healthy. Here  some very simple ways to stay healthy are mentioned.

1.Eat balanced diet that includes all the necessary elements we need for our body.

2.Drink at least 6 glasses of water and avoid sugary drinks like soda,energy drinks or sugary juice.

3.Eat snack only when you are hungry but avoid snack like candy and ice cream.

4.Stay active by exercise or walking, doing chores or gardening.

5.Try to stay stress free as much as you can.
