How to Make Piazu - Bangladeshi Iftar Recipe

This video is how to make a popular iftar snack in the month of Ramadan for muslim. It is a deep fried snack made with lentils. It is very delicious with chai tea, or puffed rice and can be eaten by itself as well. This is a vegetarian food that is ideal for Indian and Pakistani style food. This food is ideal for evening light snack and can be given to guests as well. It is a crispy snack.

The ingredients include a good amount of onion, red lentils or yellow lentils or smashed chickpeas. The lentils need to be roughly smashed after soaking them in water for couple hours. 
Red chili powder of green chili
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Cilantro 
Turmeric
You just need to mix them all together
Make them small ball but flat shape.
Fry them in vegetable or soya bean oil 
Serve it warm
